Our youth ministry focuses on engaging young people, in spiritual growth, community building, and Christian education. The goal is to nurture and guide them in their faith journey.
This is a place for men to come together and fellowship through the word of God. We uplift one another in life and grow in faith each day.

Subcommittees are the backbone of the day-to-day activities of the St. Philip Parish Church. They assist the priest in various tasks from finance to maintenance.
All members of the church are split into four (4) houses, which constitute the teams that compete in sports and fun days. Colors represent the liturgical colors of the church.
If you want to be part of a ministry, you must first be a member of the church. Then, you could volunteer to participate in their events.
When choosing an ministry, consider your skill sets, interests, and your activity within the church to find the best fit for you.

The Parochial Church Council, also known as the PCC, is the church’s management arm. It assists the incumbent (priest), leads the church, and offers support and guidance to its organizations and committees.
Our mission group was commissioned to take the gospel out into the community. Our outreach includes visits to the senior citizen homes, the house bound and taking part in other church ministries.
This Ministry’s purpose is to be a support system and counsellor for those experiencing grief and loss and seeking encouragement from parish family and community, offering confidentiality, patience and an open ear.
This committee is responsible for recording all financial matters for the church. It is also responsible for collecting money from events and handling the counting and depositing of money. The chair chooses these members.

We are a Christian organisation consisting of parents. We focus on marriage and family life, supporting widows, shut ins, orphans and marginalised women.

The worship committee plans and executes the order of service for Sunday services and other special events. The chair selects members, but volunteers are welcome.
This committee manages the maintenance of buildings, including the church, rectory, and church hall. They determine whether restoration is needed and manage the general upkeep of the properties.
This committee is responsible for recording all financial matters for the church. It is also responsible for collecting money from events and handling the counting and depositing of money.
We function as battalions within the Anglican Church in the Diocese of Barbados, offering special ministries of evangelism, pastoral care, outreach to the poor, inactive members and the unchurched within the parish.
The Health Guild was founded in August 2001 and our purpose is to assist all persons in the parish family in the event of emergencies and to promote healthy lifestyles and practices.
The Altar Guild, also known Flower Guild is responsible for the beautification of the church.
The Altar Servers Guild leads congregations, carries the processional cross and torches and the Thurible with incense. St. Philip Parish Church was the first church in Barbados to allow females to serve at the altar in the 1970s.
Our choir is used for ministering both the congregation and each other through songs and hymnals in services at the church. Choir practice is held on Friday evenings at 4:00 p.m.
This committee manages all of the church's IT-related equipment. Its members are volunteers who assist with social media, stream church services, and project them to monitors.

The St. Philip Parish Church has been a beacon in my development from childhood to adulthood. There were a number of individuals, both men and women, who portrayed great spiritual values. Those values impacted on my life in a positive way and played an influential role in who I am today.
St. Philip's Parish Church has been a cornerstone in my life, offering guidance, a sense of belonging, and opportunities for personal growth. Its teachings have instilled values of kindness, empathy, and service, shaping me into the person I am today.
